Antigenic Peptides

Catalog peptides for scientific research. Confirm sequence and CAS on each product page.

Antigenic peptides listed here are well-known T-cell or myelin epitopes used in immunology research. For a novel epitope, use antigen design and custom synthesis rather than forcing a catalog match. Carrier conjugation, MAP format and the screening peptide should be specified together if the peptide will enter an antibody program. OVA 257–264, MOG 35–55 and MBP 85–99 are examples of named epitopes that appear when the sequence is confirmed. A catalog epitope is not an immunization kit: KLH conjugation, host and purification are scoped on the antibody pages. If the native epitope is discontinuous, a linear catalog peptide is the wrong immunogen; discuss a recombinant protein instead. Purity for immunization is often lower than purity for a quantitative ELISA standard; say which use you have. Related guides cover how to design a custom peptide and how to read the certificate that arrives with the lot. Research use only.

If the analogue you need is not listed, request custom peptide synthesis with the exact sequence and purity.

Need a Different Sequence or Modification?

Catalog items can be remade as custom projects with a specified purity and modification set.
