Choosing peptide purity
Crude or lower-purity peptides may be suitable for preliminary screening. Immunization and quantitative assays usually require higher HPLC purity. Share the intended method when requesting a quotation.
Storage and handling
Lyophilized peptides are typically stored at -20°C, protected from moisture and repeated freeze–thaw cycles. Dissolve only the amount required for the experiment.
Sequence planning
Hydrophobic stretches, multiple cysteines and difficult couplings can affect yield. Our chemists review these factors before synthesis begins.
